Van Wey & Williams Law is proud to announce the inclusion of new associate attorney Ben Trujillo.
Mr. Trujillo was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2017 and was licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas in 2018. He has a special interest in birth injury, spinal cord injury, and hospital fall cases.

The young and upcoming lawyer started his law career as a paralegal. Mr. Trujillo started as a Litigation Paralegal with Watts Law Firm in 2002 and became a Medical Paralegal for the Law Offices of Frank L. Branson in 2005. He then worked from 2010-2021 for Miller Weisbrod, first as a paralegal and eventually as an associate attorney. Mr. Trujillo’s many years, more than a decade, in the legal profession gives him the benefit of a unique and extensive set of skills and expertise.

Mr. Trujillo also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with special emphasis in Health Care Management with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management undergraduate degree. He holds memberships in the State Bar of Texas, American Associate for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.
A proud Hispanic, Mr. Trujillo was born and raised in South Texas. He is now a resident of Inspiration in Wylie, Texas where he enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time with his family.
